These terms apply between the user and Studera.ai. By using the service, you accept the terms. Swedish law applies and disputes are resolved in Swedish courts.
2. About the Service
Studera.ai is a digital education platform that provides AI-based tools for teaching, studying and educational support. The service is a support tool and does not replace professional judgment.
3. Account and User Responsibility
Provide accurate and current information
Protect your login credentials
Be responsible for all activity through your account
Account sharing is not permitted. Studera.ai may suspend accounts in case of misuse, security risk or breach of terms.
4. Use in School Environment
When used in schools, the school or principal is the data controller. Studera.ai acts as a data processor according to GDPR. The teacher is responsible for how the service is used in teaching.
5. Processing of Student Data
Student texts are anonymized before AI processing
Original texts are deleted after analysis
No data is used for advertising or AI training
No sharing with unauthorized third parties
6. AI-Generated Content
AI does not make its own decisions
The user is responsible for all final content
All AI-generated material must be reviewed
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments are handled via Stripe. Subscriptions are charged monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time. Started periods are not refunded.
8. Prohibited Use
Illegal, offensive or discriminatory content
Personal data without consent
Content that violates copyright
Use that creates security risks
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Content you create belongs to you. Studera.ai's brand, design and technology are protected and may not be used without permission.
10. Operation and Availability
The service is provided as is. Studera.ai does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not responsible for interruptions, maintenance or force majeure.
11. Limitation of Liability
No guarantees for completeness or accuracy
No liability for decisions based on AI content
No liability for indirect damages
12. Termination and Data Deletion
Account can be closed at any time
Personal data is deleted according to the privacy policy
Subscription expires according to selected period
13. Changes to Terms
Studera.ai may update the terms. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes.
